Everything was great, James had a hard time locating my reservation, but kept at it, found a misspelling, not on his end, got me in.I asked about the 10.00 credit per day for the bistro, which I liked. Great nice person.

The staff was very friendly and did their best to be accommodating. Starbucks coffee was delicious.

Easily accessible from the I-24. Very clean and the room fit our needs. A nice walking trail near the hotel as well. Near shopping and restaurants. (In hotel dining is available as well.)

Very clean, wonderful staff and a beautiful little park across the street where I could take a nice walk after driving all day.

Beautiful hotel...staff was awesome Rooms were clean and spacious It across the road from Hancock Fabrics....easy to get to th National Quilt Museum..perfect location
